The Challenge
Transitional occupation of residual spaces and a service lane, between Avenue de the Esplanade and Saint-Laurent Boulevard, with the aim of creating a multifunctional and friendly in the heart of Chabanel.
The Response
The concept builds on the industrial past and the legacy of the industry textiles to create a distinctive and commemorative visual signature. it advises the opening of the ground floors of neighboring buildings and the integration of commercial uses, culture and business. The transitional project aims to change habits in the sector and this, with the aim of perpetuating the pedestrian and vegetated space of this passage.
