Create a singular spa destination and an iconic centerpiece for a new 160-hectare mixed-use commercial and residential development in Bromont, Quebec. Become the first pool-sized internal basin for both adults and families in North America, including a kids’ amusement centre as well.

The Response
A 4-storey building inspired by forest streams, the “stair-like” shape unites all the functions under one cascading roofline. Commencing with lower level change rooms leading into the massive basin, the user journey then ascends to the hammams, then the treatment rooms level and ends with a lifestyle rooftop bar and terrace looking onto the surrounding forest.
