NEW MIXED USE SECTOR DEVELOPED FOR MEDIFICE, CITY OF TERREBONNE AND FONDS IMMOBILIER FTQ
LAAB has been selected as prime architect and masterplanner to imagine and develop this new mixed use neighborhood in the Croisée urbain sector of the City of Terrebonne, a Montreal suburd. The project has been submitted to the provincial CRUL's competitive call for proposals in October 2022. The campus scheme comprises of 4 university pavilions including a health centre, an innovation centre, a library, a public pool, student housing and 3 market residential towers. The scheme is articulated along an elevated linear green promenade linking all buildings and set to become the largest continuous pedestrian realm in Quebec.
